What happens at the event?
DAY 1
Sponsors of the charity fundraiser, hiring event, along with Select Navy SEALs and Active Duty will be golfing and networking.
DAY 2
Sponsors and Hiring Businesses will conduct interviews. Data Center Industry Experts, Mentors, Leaders as well as select Military Veterans and Active Duty will be speaking at designated times. There will be snacks, meals, interviews on site, and professional networking to build leads on future opportunities.
What should I wear?
Service Uniform is the recommended uniform of the day for this event. If you have questions, feel free to email us.
Interview attire is also recommended if you have a professional wardrobe already. While there’s no one definition, it generally means doing away with ties and swapping suits for slacks, button-downs, and blazers. Classic knee-length skirts, dresses, smart slacks, and blouses are great options depending on your professional style. If it’s stressful to plan, wear your uniform to this event to look clean and sharp.
What should I bring?
Resumes, preferably in a neat folder to stay clean and fresh. If you have business cards, those can help networking. If you need a resume, let us know asap.
A positive attitude! A great meeting in person can help leverage lack of industry experience.
Interview practice. If you need resources, we can help. Run through the most common questions and have those answers ready to go.
